Easy Summer Hard Seltzer Popsicles!
Summer is officially here and what better way to kick it off than with my favorite seltzer from Topo Chico, Ranch Water Hard Seltzer. This seltzer is mouth-watering and at the top of my summer drink-list because it’s not super sweet like most hard seltzers. Since it has been scorching hot lately, I wanted to switch it up and make a fun popsicle out of it. This recipe is as easy as they come, with very few ingredients and is incredibly refreshing. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
Fresh Blueberries
Fresh Strawberries
Topo Chico Ranch Water Hard Seltzer
Popsicle Mold - Linked at bottom of page
Instructions:
Cut up the strawberries into little pieces
Gently drop the fresh strawberries & blueberries into the popsicle molds (I just did a few pieces of each fruit)
Fill the molds the rest of the way up with the hard seltzer
Insert popsicle sticks
Freeze overnight & then enjoy! Super EASY!
You will have leftovers of the hard seltzer & fruit. I added the Topo Chico Hard Seltzer & fruit into ice cube molds (linked below) and froze overnight as well. You then can use those ice cubes in a glass of Topo Chico Hard Seltzer to replace the ice next time!
